Yu-Jose awarded for her work in furthering relations with Japan |
Political Science and Japanese Studies professor Dr. Lydia N. Yu-Jose was awarded a decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold Rays with Neck Ribbon by the government of Japan. Dr. Yu-Jose was recognized for her contributions to the enrichment of Japanese studies in the Philippines, and for promoting mutual appreciation and friendship between Japan and the Philippines.
