The Office of the Associate Dean for Graduate Programs is mainly responsible for the academic support services of the Graduate Programs. This office coordinates with or assists the Department Chair/Program Directors, Deans, the Registrar, and other offices in the recruitment and admission of new graduate students.


It administers financial and scholarship grants for graduate students. It also handles other administrative duties pertaining to the Graduate Programs in coordination with other offices such as the processing of requests for comprehensive exams, arranging for the payment of honoraria to the oral defense panel members, thesis/ dissertation advisers, and style readers, and the clearing and binding of the final copy of the thesis.
