The Faculty Development Office is the Loyola Schools’ face of cura personalis to its faculty. As such it aims to serve the development of its faculty at every stage of their service to the Ateneo. Its primary task is to assist its faculty members in their continuing growth as scholars and educators.
The Faculty Development Office in cooperation with other offices of the University provides in-service training and development workshops, community building activities and support for graduate studies and outside enrichment programs.
The Faculty Development Program, under the Vice President for Loyola Schools, it is headed by the Faculty Development Coordinator, and subheaded by 4 Faculty Formators: Coordinator for Teacher Formation Institute, Coordinator for Faculty Spiritual Formation, Coordinator for Faculty Social Involvement and the Coordinator for Leadership Development.
